Each club in good standing shall be entitled to two (2) voting delegates, and two (2) alternate delegates at each Service Leadership Conference. Each certified delegate shall be entitled to vote on each question submitted at Service Leadership Conference. There shall be no voting by proxy. Delegates must attend the Sunday morning House of Delegates meeting and arrive to the meeting at the appointed time.
